Dershowitz states that anonymity is no longer an option and as taxpayers, voters, and drivers we have surrendered our option of remaining anonymous. Because our society relies on driving and remaining on the governments good graces by paying our taxes we our left with no other option but to have our pictures taken and have to show our identification when asked for.
